i was born n raised on lana’i…lived there for 19 years…now i’m on the big island and i still miss home!! although there wasn’t much to do, Lana’i is still my home and i can’t wait to go back and visit. Its a really good place to relax and have no worries!!!
Awesome video! I thought your music went very well with the slideshow! I’m hoping to do a slideshow myself but I doubt it will be as great as yours. Great pics too! I’ve been going there since I was 1 and I don’t have any pics that nice, haha.
cool, I miss Lanai & the old whitewashed buildings we lived in, had an old theatre too near the hospital & grocery shopped at a little store called Pineisle ran by a japanese man named taka. I lived about two blocks from where the old Pine truck yard was.
I lived on Beautifull lanai for 8 months picking pineapple in the 80’s, when I left this little toothless 4 ft. philipino women said “you no howli boy, you native!” & since then I wanted to go back, but alas, i’m stuck in “happy valley” utah!
Went there for my 30th birthday and going back to get married in May..One of the most beautiful places on earth..You have to stay at the Lodge at Koele!
