Text-to-Voice Added in Call Capture
There is a new feature in PleaseText.Me’s call capture module. You now have an additional method to deliver voice-driven property information to leads. In addition to creating your own recording, you can simply type in the information that you’d like to give to the consumer and the computer will read it off for you.
Text-to-Voice allows you to make quick, simple updates to your listings. All that you need to do is login, select the property, and update two fields. As soon as you have clicked save, your next lead will hear a recording or see a text message with updated information from you.
More than just making updates easier, Text-to-Voice also offers the ability to manage workflow from the very first “conversation” with a lead. For example, if you are in property management, you may have standard boilerplate terms for prospective renters to meet. You can easily copy and paste those details into your Text-to-Voice “recording” and your call capture utility goes one step further and helps pre-filter leads. If you are a sales agent, you might include information about zoning, financing options/restrictions, or anything else that may help qualify/disqualify a potential buyer.
PleaseText.Me provides real estate technology to deliver information to a prospect’s mobile device, on-demand, 24×7. The application was the first of its type to merge call capture, text messaging and dynamic QR forwarding into one solution. The suite of technologies helps convert more listing presentations into listings and more prospects into sales. Learn more at http://PleaseText.Me
