Disposable cameras were an invention of Fuji and Kodak in the mid 1980s. They are smart to keep in the glove box in the event of an accident; less risky to take on vacation; and a great favor for capturing all those wedding moments. Their low cost ($5-$10) means that there’s no big loss they crash to the ground. Disposable cameras take disposable pictures. These prices may or may not include processing, which adds around $10. This is similar to disposable underwater camera in many cases. People buy these in bulk and distribute to their family members and guests to make the special moments eternal.
Disposable digital cameras are cheaper than the regular digital camera. With a disposable digital camera, you get a flash, a timer, and a viewing monitor (depending on the model you buy). You are only able to delete the most recent photo that was taken. Some people consider this to be the same as disposable camera buying tips in most situations. Both the film disposable camera and the digital disposable camera are convenient and fun, but if you are looking for professional results or a variety of options, stick with the higher end film or digital cameras. Sometimes you don’t want to take an expensive camera on a trip for fear it will be stolen, you’ll leave it behind, or it might get broken — an alternative solution comes in the form of the less expensive but perfectly serviceable disposable camera.
